Madison E. Calkins is an associate with the firm whose practice focuses on the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation. Madison represents clients from various industries in commercial disputes and liability actions, including representing construction companies, engineering firms, and design professionals in lawsuits related to defects and contract disputes. Madison has extensive experience handling catastrophic transportation matters. She also defends sports and recreational facilities in lawsuits involving catastrophic losses.

Prior to joining the firm, Madison served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas J. Walls, Jr., J.S.C., in Mercer County Superior Court. Madison is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where she served as a Form and Accuracy Editor on the school’s Journal of International Law and Commerce. During law school, Madison was a member of Moot Court, and she participated on the school’s 2020 Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team. Prior to law school, Madison attended Marist College where she was a member of the varsity women’s lacrosse team.
