Cyber Risks and Insurance Coverage Decisions 2020

The law of insurance coverage for cyber risks under different types of policies continues to develop. Last year there were reported decisions involving ransomware, multifunctional systems, and deceptive funds transfers under Businessowners, Professional Services Liability, and Crime policies. They are described in our just-released paper, Cyber Risks and Insurance Coverage Decisions 2020.
